Oklahoma City, OK – Gardner Tanenbaum Holdings is proud to announce a new mixed-use development in west Oklahoma City called Westgate Park. The project will help to meet the growing needs of an underdeveloped part of Oklahoma City. Construction has started and the first office and retail space will be available for move-in June 2020 and project completion programmed for 2021.
Westgate Park is approximately 100 acres of prime land suited for multiple usages. It is currently home to 200,000 square feet of Class A office building. GTH will continue to develop additional office, retail, restaurants, and multi-family housing. Additional industrial or warehouse is also available on the site.
Highlighting the property is Westgate One, a Class A office building developed by GTH in 2016 which is mostly occupied by NTT Data. GTH is working on leasable frontage along Reno Avenue with spaces ranging from 2,000 to 10,500 square feet for retail, restaurants and office. On the east side of the park, GTH will develop a multi-family property expected to open in 2021. Similar to the rest of their multi-family portfolio, these apartment homes will boast luxury living, high-end amenities and one-of-a-kind resident services.
GTH has partnered with Eric Fleske of Fleske Holding Company for the retail development of Westgate Park. Fleske will bring his expertise in market analysis and leasing to ensure the tenants thrive while supporting the growing population of residents and businesses in the area.
GTH CEO, Richard Tanenbaum, believes the market is just right for this kind of development and plans to bring the same quality development to the area. “There’s so much opportunity for residents in and near downtown, midtown, to the north and even to the east,” Tanenbaum explains. “The west side of OKC is ready to support a quality destination where retailers can sell, restaurateurs can feed, while customers can live, work and play.”
Conveniently located to both Kilpatrick Turnpike and l-40, the campus is just minutes from downtown OKC. The expansion of the Turnpike will provide direct access to the property as well as to Will Rogers World Airport.
